Philosophy has shower gels in Coconut Frosting, Toasted Coconut Marshmallows, Coconut Cream Pie, Sweet Coconut Milk, or Pina Colada. I know they made Toasted Coconut Marshmallows in a Body Souffle, but this fragrance is discontinued and hard to find (I tried a sample of it, but I'm just not a coconut girl unless it's suntan oil!)

OPI's AvoJuice line has a Coconut and Melon lotion that is really nice. It's the yellow one in their collection. I'm not sure if it's just for hands, or if you can use it all over, though. Hope that helps!
