Clairol Color Boosting Glaze??

Has anyone tried this color boosting glaze or any other comparable product?

If so, what were your results and which did you use?

I am curious myself because there is the Color Boosting Glaze and Shine Happy(which is clear I believe) and then the John Frieda product as well(Luminious?)

I haven't tried the clairol color boosting glaze but I have tried the john frieda luminous glaze and love it. Clairol usually has products so it doesn't hurt to try the glaze.

Ok... well my post from yesterday got erased, so ... I'll repost! lol I actually bought it today (** IF YOU BUY IT AT WALGREENS, THEIR REBATE BOOKLET HAS THIS IN IT FOR A FULL REBATE OF PURCHASE PRICE**) I'll try it today ... let you know my findings. The only things that I see off the bat that sound like they might turn people off is that it isn't recommended for highlighted hair (which is expected) but also only lasts about 6 shampoos. Oh well, we'll give it a go /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> lol I got the "4" for dark brown. I know someone posted yesterday about the auburn... and there is one "6R" for light - dark auburn hair.

right now i have amazing highlights/color so i'm not messing with it but once they grow out/fade i want to try something like this--let me know how it went!

I bought it because of the same Walgreen's rebate, but I have yet to use it. Janelle, what's the verdict?

I was a bit turned off that it only lasts 6 shampoos.

ok!! Used it last night... FINALLY... !! lol

1. Very easy to apply... no mixing - very little mess (just be carful, because it is kinda watery)

2. great shine

3. hair isn't weighed down at all

4. comes with a great conditioner

5. only "issue" is that I don't see this lasting long.... I shampooed & conditioned, and the water still wasnt running clear. Looks like something that you'll see 'tinted water' with for the next week or two.

And just make sure to clean out your shower... this stuff splatters all over when you rinse it out! lol It really didnt alter my color, just gave it more shine & that "just colored" feel... which is pretty much all its designed to do.... so all in all --- yes, its good /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

When you buy this and it is only good for 6 shampoos, does that mean the whole bottle etc is only one application, or is there more than that. Because that would be kind of expensive for just one time.
