I know we've heard it all before! Alot of people have told us that chocolate causes breakouts! And we've read that there was never really anything that proved that statement, and that no food has ever been proven to actually cause breakouts.
But as of late, I've been eating alot more chocolate than I normally do -- and I've been noticing more breakouts! At first I thought it was ingredients in my MMU, but when I stopped using them, the breakouts didn't stop, all the while I was eating chocolate. Could my dear friend chocolate be cause these horrible breakouts of mine?
Another thing I've heard is that if you drink a cup of hot chocolate every day for a month or so, your skin will get alot clearer! They were talking about it on the radio here. Women taking the study say they really saw an improvement in their complexions after a month! But how can that be? It sounds contradictory especially if chocolate is what's causing me to break out!
