I had an American friend send me some and belive me it works nicely for bleached dry hair.  Can't say for other hairs. It is a good product worth a try

I've had a chance to use it for a couple of days and I must conclude that this stuff is worth a try.  It is EXPENSIVE and you go thru alot of product with 1 use because they are calling for 10-20 pumps of the stuff depending on the length of hair you've got.  I did try it on my daughter's hair and it made her hair super soft with no tangles. I don't know if I can sustain this because each 16oz bottle is about $28+ shipping and its only 1 month's use.

I used it for a while but my hair is fine so it didn't take too much. It worked alright. My hair was soft at  first but after a while I didn't notice a great change for the better. My hair has been better using pantene plus it's a bit cheaper. I personally don't think it's worth it for my type of hair but for thicker, coarser, frizzy hair I think it will work well.

I heard over time if you have oily or greasy hair it makes it look worse. Never tried it. Would like to.

I've heard that too but I've heard that if you shampoo once a month then it gets rid of that build up that happens.  It'll also make your bottle last a little longer.  I'm going to make a semi-DIY that I found online.  The creator says it works well on her but at 1/10 the cost of Wen.  I'm planning on using that once a week and the DIY the other days. I know it did work on my daughter's hair that is fine and easily tangled like a rats nest.  It's worst because we'd been swimming 3 days a week.  I'll get my stuff together and post that semi-diy.

I bought some around Christmas, and to Me, it just wasnt worth all the trouble, I mean come on... How many pumps do ya really need, lol?? I used like 20 pumps and then I really didnt think that the product was worth the $$!! Also I am a sucker for SUDS!! I LOVE BUBBLES!! So I dont think that I would buy it again.

Funny, my mom was just talking about this a couple nights ago. Was thinking about buying it and i told her i would check this site to see if any of you had tried it.

I'd be interested to hear some more. My mom's hair is straight (but not stick straight) it's fine. She bleached it a few years ago, bleached in highlights. She's been experiencing breakage and some thinning (according to her but i've not noticed).

You get used to not having suds.  Before this, I used homemade castile soap.  It's not as sudsy as store bought shampoos with sulphates and sulfactants to make it all sudsy.  Sulphates are not good for you, in fact, they are toxic.

I've heard okay things about Wen, never really any complaints about it other than the price and how quickly it gets used up. My hair is very oily and fine so I'm scared to try it, I usually forego conditioner altogether. Sally's has a product called Hair One that is supposedly very, very comparable to Wen, for $12/12 oz.

I personally don't care for it as a shampoo/conditioner substitute, but I do like to use it as a leave-in conditioner. My hair is very long, so it takes sooo much product just for one wash. Plus it's pricey and having to fiddle with the pump is annoying. AND when you start to run out, you get a bunch of 1/2 pumps. I also think it makes my hair look a bit limp when used as a shampoo substitute.

I prefer just rubbing a quarter-sized glob through my damp hair to keep it soft.

That's a wicked idea!  I'm going to do that to stretch out my bottle.

Wen is fantastic for all hair types.  As long as it is used properly and rinsed out thoroughly, it doesn't leave an oily residue behind.  I've been using the cleansing conditioner, intensive moisture mask and styling cream for 3+ years and I LOVE it!!  I will never use anything else!!

I get dandruff when I colour my hair sometimes.  I use head and shoulders for a couple of days til it goes away then continue with my cleansing conditioner.  It doesn't resurface after I discontinue the shampoo.

I hated this stuff, I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed and my hair was so limp and oily still. My hairs already oily to begin with. Now I only use it on my son to help flatten his chia pet hair haha. My mom swears by this stuff and her hair looks awesome. Just not for me.

Is the oiliness natural sebum or are there residues of silicone-based styling products or conditioners in your hair? If the latter you need to clarify before starting with a product like WEN, if the latter your technique may have been off. Water doesn't remove oil, it's the cationic surfactants that emulsify it. You need the product to go from slimy to creamy (almost a lather) in your hair with plenty of gentle rubbing then, if it is really dirty, clip your hair up for a minute or two to let the surfactants do their job. Some people find their scalp continues to over-produce sebum for a couple of weeks after quitting sulphates, my skin breathed a sigh of relief virtually overnight!

What type of dandruff do you have, seborrhoeic dermatitis or dry scalp or psoriasis? If you don't know, get it examined by a dermatologist or pharmacist as each will respond differently to a product like WEN.

I have really oily hair. I don't use any hair products except for dry shampoo which is mineral and clay based, according to the can. I also don't use conditioner except for the very tips of my hairs bc it weighs it down heavily. I left the products in my hair for about 7 minutes and it did have a slight lather afterwords when I rubbed it in really well. Maybe my scalp was overproducing sebum. I just don't think I could deal with weeks of my hair having to adjust for such an expensive product :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />. It made me feel dirty lol.
