Can you give me advice about this make up problem?

Hello! So... i have this problem: My face is round and i have cheeks, and my teeth aren't very big, so when i smile ... i feel really embarrassed ... I am thin... 49 kg (sorry for the kg, but i'm from Bulgaria) i guess it is 106 lbs.... It's just that my face is like that. And i really hate that , because i'm 18 and the cheeks and the form of my face make me look like a kid :x I have cheekbones (which kinda helps me ) .. I do not like to use foundation , I emphasize my cheeckbones ... but my face still look round and when i smile it looks fat ;x So my question is, can you give me an advice how can i make my face look .. thinner i guess. Thank you very much, and sorry for my english if i have mistakes ^^
