Hi everyone, I am Amanda, I am a beauty crazed blogger and I am often checking out what people have to say here to back up my research. But there is one thing I have found people talking about a LOT. Caffeine products.

Call me skeptical if you like, but if caffeine works in a store bought product it will work on a DIY product, so I like to try it out at home first.

Cellulite is a biggie - they say it can really help with it. So I want to use it on my saddle bags on my thighs. Any tips on where to start? I have been thinking ground coffee, but my question is this:

- do I use used coffee grinds?

- do I soak un-used coffee grinds in water and then use this mixture somehow?

- should I be using instant coffee in a paste?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Amanda
