Poor britney.

First, wardrobe gone totally wrong and now she has no custody over her 2 boys. I fault her as a mother because she simply wasn't ready, but it is kinda sad when a guy you've known for such an amount of time, has the final say-so on your children. But this is probably best for the boys.

it is sad. but I agree it's probably good for the children 'cause it seems like she's lost and behaves radically. I just hope, for them, that he is a better influence...

that's what she wanted! she had millions of chances to be a "mom" and she didnt care, so in my opinion she got what she wanted, now she can party 24/7 and not worry about it!! what a moron!!!

Yeah this could go either way. She could start to get her crap together or we'll hear about her running off a cliff. I hope it's the first one as I wish her no harm and her children deserve a mother.

I agree, this is sad for her, but it is not sad for the kids as far as their welfare goes. Hopefully she will clean up her act, she only has one way or the other to go. In this case, God is good, he protects children and fools.

It is a sad situation but at least the kids will be properly cared for until she gets her act together.

nah, she's not suicidal unless she o.d.'s she likes partying too much to do that, besides this is not going to affect her at all, after all she was with her kids maybe 3 or 4 hours out of the day anyway, and thats when she was sleeping probably.

i guess k-*** wanted the money more than brit wanted her kids, imo neither of them are angles but he did keep his s*** together long enough to get the boys so he can dig a lil deeper into her pockets.. this is sad why couldnt the grandparents get the kids and why dont he have full custody of his other kids???

it's definitely her fault. hopefully this won't cause her to get worse, but hopefully better. if she really wants her kids, then maybe she'll get them back if she straightens up. i feel bad for her babies.

They ususally go up the chain, to the father, then grandparents, then aunts/uncles, then foster care.
