Any ideas on what to tell my stylist about blowdrying my hair?

I am going for a haircut next week, and I love my hairstylist, but she never blowdries my hair. (Well, I say that like it's her fault. It's not at all, b/c I asked her not to. I guess I should explain.) My hair is curly and very frizzy, and I can blowdry it fine b/c I'm used to it I guess, but when she does it I look rediculous!! lol Even when she tries to blowdry and then flatiron it, it's still a complete mess. Is there anything I can ask her to do to help with the blowdrying process? I hate leaving with soaking wet hair!! Oh, and she always applies a serum (usually Paul Mitchell Skinny serum) but it doesn't help much, and she always puts it more on my roots and the top of my hair and not the bottom, which drives me crazy, but that's another story!! haha I don't mean to make her sound like a bad hairstylist, b/c she's not, but I need to find a way to make getting a haircut work, ya know? Any suggestions??

ask to be put under the chair dryer thingy (don't know what it's called) just stay for a few mins and you shouldn't get frizzy.

My hair has always dried nicer when I've used the seated dryer as Dee suggested. My stylists always followed it up with the handheld dryer to make sure it was dry everywhere, using a comb attachment. Then we did the flat iron. Depending on what race you are, maybe using something like Oil Sheen Lite might help with the frizzing too.

Thanks girls!! That's a great idea! I never thought of that. The only thing about the Oil Sheen is that I'm white, so that's probably not for me. lol What I may do is have her put a little bit of mousse in it to make my hair curly, and sit under the dryer and just let it curl instead of her trying to straighten it. I will try these things out and hopefully I won't look like a lion when I leave!! LOL
