I had dyed my hair black with semi-permanent dye. I hated it. That was a month ago, it was supposed to wash out by now, and didn't. So I went to the drugstore and got L'oreal Hair Color Remover. It's supposed to take all the color out of my hair so I can re-dye it. I just got done and it didn't work completely. My hair is now a tiny bit black near the roots, orange, and then brown. Fabulous, right? So am I going to have to give that another go before I try to dye it my natural lightbrown/blonde color? I'm pissed. And I don't want to make my hair unhealthy!!!! What can I do? I really don't want to go to a salon to get it done
