what do you use for your hair?

My hair is like Mona's from the UPN show Half and Half ...

I'm loving Redken's ringlet 07 .. my curls and very defined now

I havent' experienced many products since i prefer to straighten my hair but when i do leave it curly i use noodlehead by beyond the zone.

I have curly hair too. I only wash my hair 3 times a week. I also use conditioner to "wash" my hair because it doesn't dry it out. I got this tip from the Curly Girl book by Lorraine Massey. Check it out, it has great tips. Another great place to go for tips is the site naturallycurly.com. They have message boards with a lot of great tips. Good luck!

i been using john frieda's silicone gel and secret weapon. i also like dove volumizing moisturizer gel.

i dont actually use anything besides shampoo and conditioner, both by fructis. their 1 minute deep conditioner is amazing, it leaves my hair silky and soft and tames the frizz, i dont even need to use any other products. then i just put my hair up in a bun and when it dries i take it down and ive got nice curls.

Miss Jessie's curly pudding, curly meringue, curly buttercream etc. These products are made for all types of hair and they work.

I use a lot of products from TiGi's Catwalk Curls Rock line. Love it! But I have near zero product loyalty and I bounce between things. I also use Noodlehead sometimes. I love Physique Curl Cream, John Frieda's Dream Curls Curl Perfecter, and Paul Mitchell Scultping Spray. Thermasilk has a great curl gel if you're going to blow dry it.

I try to use use most of the five steps in John Freida's frizz ease collection. The serum, mousse and secret weapon are the three I can't live without. Also, I always used to diffuse my hair with the dryer on the fastest drying setting, a while ago I started diffusing still with hot air, but on one of the lower air settings, takes a little longer but it is really helping to keep frizz down and the curls more defined.

curly hair..... don't get it thinned!! it starts a vicious cycle that makes your curls get jagged. i shampoo once a week, and i use condioner every day. i also comb my hair out with my fingers in the shower when there is conditioner on it. i do not have dreads or anything. i use all different gels, but i like aussie aussome volume gel the most. it has a wax in it that makes your hair piecy. i also use sprunch spray, i spray it on after scrunching when my hair is about 1/2 dry. it does't leave your hair crunchy or stiff- but ya gotta scrunch the crunch out. i pretty much found that leaving my hair the heck alone has really improved it. i used to hate my curls, but now i love them.

I've been using Finesse Mousse on my curls since I was 12 years old. I love the Ouidad line of shampoos and conditioners. I also deep condition my hair with Queen Helene hair cholesterol.

i find that if i actually ever straighten my hair, it needs to be deep conditioned and left alone for awhile, because straightening it dries it out so. i also stopped dying my hair so much. i now know my natural color, and my hair is much more manageable.

Thanks to a recomendation of someone from mut, I now use Curl Keeper from curly hair solutionsl. I looovvveeee it so much. I can't stress how awesome this stuff is.:thumbsup2:

Me too!!! LOL!!! Although I bounce around and try other products every so often...

That's what I do too... I use Fructis and it works wonders ! I also use Dove, but it doesn't give the same results...
