try putting an acne cream on your back. However, backs can easily irratated becuase they are always being rubbed with bra straps and such, so make sure not to use too much.

I second (or third, whatever) the Neutrogena Body Wash.

My sister had that problem and right before college, she started to use it (since you kinda want to start off acne free when beginning dorm life).

Anyway, it works wonders.

I use an anti-bacterial handwash to wash my back each morning in the shower and try to exfoliate my back once a week as well and after going to the gym or if it's really hot I wipe my back with Witch Hazel.

i've started using my alep soap on my body too, and it hepls my acne on the back. i suggest you just take care of your back as you do with your face, wash and scrub, then apply a specific acne cream.

i find this head&shoulders tip quite interesting as i read once zinc was effective for acne. i'm not sure i'd buy the shampoo (that i don't like much btw and as i don't have dandruffs i wouldn't have any use for it) but try to find products containing zinc.

and if pimples appear on the areas where are your bras straps, i suggest you change more regularly of bra and wash them, they may carry some bacteria and sort of help redistribute it.

the neutrogena products are i think the best you can find at the supermarket, you can also try them.

Neutrogena body wash and a loofah really helped me when I was having breakouts on my back when I was a teenager.

I will definitely be trying Neutrogena Body Wash thanks for suggesting this... hopefully this will keep my bacne at bay...has it helped anyone in fading away old scars?

Use a medicated soap and also see a doctor as this problem might be related to some other complication.

Exfoliation is a great way to get rid of dead skin cells that tend to build up on the back, buttocks and back of the arms. Use a sugar scrub (milder than salt scrubs) in the shower on a weekly basis...hope it works for you
