hello all. i just ordered a zeno zit zapping device and i was just wondering if any of you girls had one or knew of any reviews? it was rather pricey and i want to know what to expect.. anyone?

well, sorry to say.. it didn't work for me :icon_roll i've been '' zapping '' this little pimple under my eye for about 2 days now and not only is it not gone.. it seems pretty aggrivated. it didn't really do anything for any other pimples either, and it was $225.00.. so i'll definately be returning it.

Have it. The first one I had to return because they have some problems with the charger. They sent me another one right away, so make sure you check the charger right away.

So does it work?? The Zeno did/does seem to make some red spots not erupt as much, or after one spot/zit has lived its life, I use the Zeno occasionally to calm it down.

However, it is really for those kind of zits that are thinking about starting, not ones already there i.e white heads, which is what most of mine are. I don't have the luxury of feeling a bump days in advance and then being able to zap it--I just wake up or come from the gym or even look in the mirror, or these days even BREATHE, and presto--an ugly soon-to-be-whitehead-zit--and the Zeno isn't for those. So I don't really use mine anymore, but I probably should, especially since it cost about 1/3 of my monthly mortgage. I just got too discouraged right away when it didn't prevent everything. I also haven't been very religious about following the instructions either, so that's probably half the problem right there!!!!

I read so many reviews about Zeno; I really did my research on it, but I think I'll just stick to my home care products (cleanser, toner, and moisterizer) because Zeno just sounds "too good to be true".... for all that money that you spend on the small thing, you would think that it should be guaranteed to work, unfortunately there is no guarantee.....so you take it or leave it, and I'm leaving it......matter fact I already left!!!

i saw this in allure magazine this month!

sorry it didn't work for you. i hope you get your money back.

i can't find my recipt so, looks like i'm stuck with it :scared: they sell reusable tips so maybe i'll buy a new tip and sell it on ebay.. may work for someone else.

good point! i did buy it by credit card.. maybe i'll go get a bank statement and try returning it like that. i hope they'll accept that.. i'm going to call tomorrow and find out. thanks for the great suggestion..

I purchased mine from QVC with the 30 day money back guarantee. Thank god I did. This did not work for me at all. So I will be returning it. Also, I think it's a little time consuming. You actually have to hold it to your face on the pimple for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. So if you have like ten pimples in your face that's how much time you have to spend on each one. Save your money ladies.

OMG so glad we have these forums because I've been thinking about purchasing one of these once I had saved the money, now I won't. The theory sounded pretty solid, but obviously it's a waste of money. I'm so sorry you lost that much on it, but really appreciate you sharing your experience with us xo
