Yes, I'm still having issues with them! LOL! Just not as bad as before. I've noticed something, and maybe you have too in my FOTDs/tuts. My left brow tends to be more rounded, as well as it seems to be "higher" than my right brow. My right brow tends to almost go in a straight line (it doesn't, but it seems like it), and it seems lower than my left brow... How irritating is that?! Other than that, IMHO, they seem to be okay... I don't know what else I can do short of letting them grow ALL the way back in and then professionally shaping them... Thing is, the way the hairs sit is natural... One will always be higher than the other! I've debated plucking from the top of the left brow just so it sits as "low" as the other one, but I have a feeling that won't work well. Grrr!

(I have no idea if this is more of a rant than a plea for advice LOL! Not to mention, I'm getting all of my cosmetic issues out at once right now LOL!)

thats a bummer, but maybe going to get them waxed professionally would be helpful, I know i HAVE to do that, these old eyes just cant see as good as they once did, so I have them always waxed!

mine are like that too. one is slightly higher than another... sometimes some glasses/ sunglasses emphasize that, but most of the time it is not very noticeable i think. I believe we see things like that, cause we analyze our faces to smallest details, but people see us as a whole and probably 99% of your friends would say they never noticed!

anyway, when I was buying prescription sunglasses my optiitan told me most people have asymetrical eyebrows, it is very common.

I always try to fix my "flaw" with tiny bit of plucking in right places (really tiny bit) and with makeup.

Yeah, I know we're not symmetrical, but this is quite noticable IMHO. The girl in MAC yesterday asked me what I use on my brows (I didn't have them filled in), and I told her Physicians Formula with Ardell brow powder. I was waiting on her to "upsell" me on the new brow products, but she didn't... (Maybe this is in part as to why I didn't like my experience yesterday... Chris makes me lemming things!) Anyway! As she said she's heard before, "Brows are sisters, not twins!" LMAO! Makes sense!

I know how ya feel, Aquilah! I have come to accept the fact that I will never be happy with my brows. LOL

I think our face would look weird if our brows were exactly the same shape. I think I only see that in cartoons, lol.

Can you tweeze on top of the brow but one brow or two? those two hairs sometimes make a difference lol

I have the same problem (uneven, one higher than the other) and it takes forever for me to finish my MU sometimes.

I've plucked my eyebrows for years, and haven't touched them in over 3-4 months, but no really noticeable changes yet... arrrggghhhh!

My eyebrows are just a disaster. I used to pluck them to little itty bitty skinny lines, now I'm trying to grow them back in, but some hairs refuse to grow back, so I have "bald" spots in my eyebrows. I fill them in with brow powder, but I look back now at like high school picks and I used to have the nicest brows. Damn my over-tweezing habit. I seriously used to do it like therapeutically. I loved plucking. Now they'll never be the same.

i feel your pain aquilah. i don't think anyone's really match perfectly, some just are nearer than others.

mine are a disaster but as long as they are acceptable, i'm ok.

I have the same problem . If they really really bother you , have your esthetician take some off the top of the higher one and grow out a few hairs under it . That's what I did after years of being unhappy with my brows. They still arent identical but they look a lot better. That also helped with the "rounder" lower eyebrow .. they look more the same so the roundness is less noticeable.

I have the same problem. But if I ignore it, it doesn't bother me until the next time I inspect it up close.

Well, I've realized too that when I trim the hairs down, it's more noticeable. I might just let them "grow in" instead of trimming them down with the little trimmer... They looked SO good the month I was gone! Then I messed them up when I went to trim them... And I had the trimmer on long this time! Sheesh! Well you all make me feel MUCH better knowing I'm not alone! It just seems SO obvious in my FOTDs to me! And in the mirror!

Well, I can't say i suffer from one eyebrow being higher than the other..but i do suffer from one eyebrow being thicker than the other. I've tried plucking more hairs out of my left eyebrow than my right and i can't solve it. On my left eyebrow, the front part is thicker and it gradually gets thinner toward the end. My right eyebrow is thicker throughout..and i can't taper my right eyebrow..it won't like take shape or something. Really annoying..so the front half of my right eyebrow looks good..the end half of my left eyebrow looks good...so i have to deal with my end half of my right eyebrow and the front half of my left eyebrow. Arrgh! I'm sure i just threw a lot of ppl off there...well, in short, it's a dilemma..so i just leave it...i have such thick eyebrows..so annoying!

Wah! I just wanna shave them off !!

Aquilah I have the same problem too. My eyebrows are not even. One tends to go a bit higher than the other but I like it. When I get mad, I do the samething that the Rock used to do with his eyebrows. LOL

At the moment, I'm trying to grow my eyebrows out! It must have only been a week and already I look unkempt; it will be worth it though. Aquilah, have you tried applying Castor oil to your eyebrows at night? I do this, and I have to say, I find it helps the them to shoot out more. I have also heard Biotin is great for hair growth etc. so it may help you along- but if you do decide to take Biotin, drink lots of water, otherwise it can cause breakouts.

One is slightly thicker than the other too... I'm just SO fed up with the suckers!

ooooh yeah. my eyebrows, I like to keep them thin, but in the process, no matter if I grow them out of trim them down, one is always arched slightly different then the other, and if I draw them in, one tail will be slightly curved while the other is straighter. it kills me, but I guess my eyebrows just like it like that. from far away, they look the same though, luckily.
