Would you ever tell someone they stink?

Depending on who it is, yes! If it's someone I don't know, and I'm in a REALLY bad mood, I might let the cat out of the bag about their BO. I'm obsessed w/ smelling good too though (I put on perfume when I get out of the shower at night)... My own personal problem *lmao*

if it's someone i'm close to and would appreciate the heads up, then yes i would. but otherwise, i'd keep my mouth shut and stay as far away as possible without being obvious or insulting!

It really depends....I would definatly tell if my best friends or family members.

my old boss ( a dentist) used to have serious BO and we all used to freak out thinkin' the patients would think it was us!!! so finally one of my coworkers told her she had BO and since then she never had it again!!!!!thank goodness.

At work we always do "booger" checks on each other too!!!

I really wish I had made this multiple choice. I haven't figured out how to edit polls yet.....I think it depends on the person and the mood. There are some people I will always tell. Others like coworkers, depending on my mood, I can tell tactfully that I wouldn't normally tell, but I have to be in that loving caring mood.

Now that I think about it....it might also depend on where I am and whether I could do it without embarrassing the person.......

It would depend who it is. I wouldn't tell a complete stranger who is sitting next to me at the Dr's office that they stunk.

Oh, I've never had a stinky doctor or dentist, as of yet...but that would be horrible!!

Only if I was very close to the person, I am too shy! Though there have certainly been times when I wanted to tell someone they were wearing too much perfume and to ask them to sit somewhere else, since I am allergic to a lot of scents!

Although I did just see a story on the news that said bad breath could be a sign of serious health problems -- however I didn't see the rest of the story to find out what those problems were!

i would tell someone they smell, i would tell a man straight how he smells, but with a girl i think i would go "whats that smell" so that im not telling her she smells but then she might notice its her.l

There are reasons some people have body odor, so I probably wouldn't tell them. I've gotten laser hair removal on the underarms and I know that on the days you do that, you're not allowed to wear deodorant, so you do end up smelling. I just got it done this week and needed to pick up something from the store and when I moved my arms I was rank and I was glad nobody said anything. Also, if someone has been doing physical labor then they're going to smell, but I do respect people who do physical labor as it's necessary for society. Also, if someone comes from the gym smelling bad, I know it's keeping them healthier, so I wouldn't say something about that.

I guess the only time I'd consider saying something is if you can tell that the person includes garlic and onions in every meal they eat.
