Hi,

Would you believe...

1) American women spent $664 million on anti-aging products in department stores in 2005.

2) 60% of women would give up chocolate or their morning coffee for better skin.

3) Nearly 8,000 beauty products were introduced last year, which means women would have to try a new product every 66 minutes for 365 days to k now all their merits.

very surprising !

I'm the other 40% re: choc. or morning coffee, not sure I could ever give up either !!

I have great skin xept for shiny forehead so I aint giving up a thing!!

I'd rather have imperfect skin than go without chocolate and coffee! That's what all those creams and potions we're spending ridiculous amounts of money on are supposed to fix!

Hi,

I am in agreement with you about the chocolate.

What shocked me was the amount of money spent on anti-aging in 2005. :10:

Chocolate is my life, and i'd give it up in a heartbeat for clear skin. Along with any other food I enjoy haha. If I had to live off of veggies (which I hate) for the rest of my life just to have flawless skin, then so be it!

The whole anit aging thing really doesnt surprise me. Women seem to always be on the look out for something to defy nature with.
