My shower head has multiple settings. I was wondering if using the softest setting when washing my face would be in any way beneficial (or would it have a negative effect)?

Thanks.

I don't really know. My shower has multiple settings and sometimes I use the one with a lot of pressure and just put my face underneath it. It feels good... like a massage.

I'm not sure about water pressure, but I do know that water temperature is important for sensitive skin. Never use hot water always luke warm. Hope that helps! :icon_chee

I think you need to have a happy medium. You don't want to much pressure where it will harm your face but you also need the soap to come off.

Yes, it is always better to bathe with lukewarm water, otherwise, skin will crease and feels dry

I always wash my face over the sink. I don't even know how you can stand water pressure on your face, but that's just me!
