Wind burn :(

I accidentally forgot my scarf yesterday when I rushed out to catch the train...and I got wind burn! Plus, some on my hands too. My hands are usually always so soft...

Any suggestions on creams and stuff for wind burn for the bands?

And ne for the face? I worry since I have acne prone skin and don't want to break out worse, yet heal the super dry skin
