The title pretty much says it all.  Are you going to get yourself a new scent for summer? If so, which one is it?

Also.... how did you find it:  Magazine sample? Store tester? Referral from a friend?

Let's see who is wearing what this season!!

I looove the smell of Harajuku Lover's 'G of the Sea'.

If I do get a summer fragrance it will be this one.

$45 seems like sooo much for only 30ml though!!!

I feel like I'm paying more for the doll.

I already did actually, it's L'eau by Kenzo. Very fresh scent i discovered through sampling a year ago.

No idea. I sampled the Galliano Parlez-moi d'amour, as well as the Issey Mikaye Eau d'Issey LE for Summer (both the men and women's are gorgeous.) The Galliano's a bit of a no (I'd feel a bit embarassed wearing it), and I'm not 100% enamoured with the IM. I have a sample vial of the DKNY Pure, but not enough to spend the Optimum Points on it. I think I have fragrance burn out. :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

You are right. Which is perfect for summer that in not suitable for winter. I have not yet. But i will bought very soon.

I have a larger than average sample of the DKNY Pure and I like it very much. It's light, kind of springy. I can see me wearing it on a day where it might be raining and I want something to keep me feeling calm, easy going, etc. But like you... I am not sure I'd buy a full size since I wear it so little and the bottle I do have will probably last more than a year or two.

I recently got a new perfume from Avon (their mark. division) called "Ibiza Sol" that I really really like. I wish they had it in a body lotion as well since it has a tendency to fade very fast.

Tomorrow I have an afternoon free. If I'm up to it, I may hit my local Macy's to see what they have new for the season and take a couple of samples.  Can't do that all day, though. My nose sniffer senses will be fried after a while!! (Coffee beans... bring coffee beans!!)

My husband bought me DKNY Pure.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fragrance.  It smells different on everyone, as we all know.  But it is perfect for me.  I didn't need to have another fragrance, but I got it originally as a sample from one of my Sephora or Ulta orders and fell in love with it.  I have at least 10 perfumes and at least that many or more of body sprays/splashes. I have a full shelf in the linen closet and the top of my dresser is at least half full of perfumes and their lotions! lol I'm awful.  I'm not sure how many is a lot for men, as the majority of the men I've known personally, they usually only have 1 maybe 2.  I've purchased my husband 5 in the past 2 yrs and 3 for my son in the past year.  So, I'm awful with them, too! lol  I just love choices.  Each fragrance fits your mood, and it's nice to be able to have the choices.

I also have Ed Hardy's perfume that is in the pink bottle with the Love Kills Slowly logo on it.  I've never been sure what the name of it is.  So if someone out there knows, please let me know! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  But I think it's a great sweet smelling fragrance.  Reminds me of Sweet Pea from Bath and Body Works.  I'm on my second bottle in 2 years.  It does, however, attract bees!  I have to be careful when I wear it.  If I'm going to be outdoors, I don't weat that perfume! lol

@Makeupofdesire:  Not sure the name either but I know exactly which one you are talking about. I tried it on in Sephora about a month ago and had it in my hand to buy. I kept sniffing it, sniffing it, then it dawned on me it was very similar to something I already owned. Bath and Body Works "Carried Away" smells almost identical to it. I have that fragrance in a body mist, two lotion, bath gel and glitter lotion.

I'm like you.... I have more perfumes than most would imagine. I never feel the same way two days in a row. I never wear the same clothes two days in a row. It would be a shocker for me to wear the same cologne two days in a row. I already know what I'm wearing today.... and I'm not even dressed yet.  "Bali Bliss" from Avon. I got it a couple of years ago and it's such a tropical summer scent. Great pick me up.

I have most of my perfumes downstairs, body mists and lotions upstairs in a HUGE drawer. Can never have too many!!!!

@SassyAuburn--I'm glad that i'm not the only one that doesn't know the name to the ed hardy perfume that i have! lol i love the lotion, too. i've gone through 3 bottles and it does have glitter/shimmer to it.  I'm also glad that i'm not the only one that has too many perfumes and body sprays/splashes. lol  i can go overboard easily and quickly!  My splashes and sprays are mostly from bath and body works and victoria's secret. my perfumes are an array of brands. i can't even think of the names of them right now. i have a lot of armani and a lot of calvin klein perfumes and i love them a lot, too.  one of my all-time faves is calvin klein's euphoria! yum!

@MakeupofDesire - I took a photo of my bedroom "stash".. Mainly, here, are body spritzes, dry oils, lotions, body butters, and general moisturizers.  There are a few special fragrances that just made their way upstairs away from the perfumes downstairs.

In the bathroom are strictly perfumes & colognes. There have to be at least 20 different ones. What's nice is I don't have them all in large bottles. If possible, I try to buy them in small rollerballs because I can keep them stashed neatly away easier and I don't feel like it's a waste of money if I haven't used it in a month.

Trust me, girlfriend.... you are NOT alone!!
