! Im going to give vitamin E a try lol.

It depends on what your concern is. Vitamin C is going to fight pigmentation (freckles, sun spots), Vitamin E is for hydration and softness, Pro Vitamin B5 is a conditioner (softens), Vitamin K is good for rosecia, Vitamin A makes your skin create it's own retinol to fight lines and wrinkles. Either way, don't go buying it in pure form at the local Whole Foods store and start slathering it on your face. Look for a moisturizer or serum that contains the one you need as these are buffered for best penitration and in a way that it won't irriate your skin.

! I jotted it down for when Im out shopping for some skin vitamins haha ! Very much appreciated

Oh, I LOVE vitamin e!!!! I use it on everything!! I use the capsules that I just pop a hole in with a sterlised needle. I've heard that the problem with Vit E is that the molecules are too big to actually penetrate the skin (not sure if it's true)...but it's always worked for me. I've used it on cigarette burns (don't ask), dry lips, weird rashes, the ends of my hair, sometimes even pimples, my skin...I've used it on pretty much everything! Anything that is slightly out of the ordinary, I will usually slather Vit E on it.

My uncle apparently got into an accident once and had a massive gash, but used vit e and now doesn't have a scar at all.

I use a vitamin E cream cleanser and a vitamin C serum every day. So...as already stated, I think it depends on what you want to do. I like them both. Then I also use vitamin A in the form of Retin A.
