Currently I'm using SkinCeuticals Ultimate UV Defense, SPF 30

It was specifically recommended by my dermatologist. I wear it daily, and you don't need another moisturizer on top of it.

I am interested in which sunblock you all use. What is the SPF rating?

Neutrogena SPF 30. I think it's called Dry Touch or Ultra Dry. I saw Rose McGowan say she used that in an interview, so it has to be good!

I use Neutrogena UltraSheer Dry-touch sunblock and I love it. I use spf 55 everyday, but I am extremely fair and have a family history of skin cancer, so I opt for a higher spf than most for everyday in the summer. I've actually used this for years and I have no desire whatsoever to use anything else.

^ Ahh that's the name! Sometimes I use a higher SPF, but where I live the SPF 30 is cheaper, so that's what I usually buy since I'm not an outdoor girl. You're smart to use a higher SPF in the summer, however. I should probably do that next time.

Yeah, I wear 30 in the winter too because, like you said, it's cheaper. Rose McGowan uses it too? If only my skin looked as nice as hers!

I use a moisturizer with sunblock built in (spf 30) and then I follow that with my liquid makeup, and it is also SPF 15.

Tanning oil serves the purpose of tanning. The problem is tanning oils ahave usually a very low spf, so they don't offer an effective sun protection. SPF15 is the minimum you should use no matter what, then according to your skintype and place where you live, you can use more like 30 or 50.

This but, the SPF60 one.  I also keep a bottle of Chanel UV Essentiel (SPF50) in my bag.

I`m using Avene`s emultion with spf50 on a daily basis but I was wondering, did anyone use bioderma`s sunblock with 40spf  with mat finish? I`m still in search for a more invisible sun block...

I use either Philosophy's Hope In a Jar SPF 25, or Clinique's City Block SPF 25 over any moisturizer that doesn't have sunblock.   Then I use Bare Escentuals over that with the SPF 15.
