I switch up my shampoos between

Herbel essences (pink and orange container one)

Biologe color care

Nexxus dual (the blue one, half the side is blue and half white)

Then my conditoner is switched up between

Biologe Color care

Big sexy hair

Nexxus dual (purple one)

herbel essence (pink?)

I deep conditon twice a week with Biologe Intensive Strengthening Masque, I wet my hair, put that in for 30-45 minutes and blowdry it and then wash it out.

I also sometimes in the off days leave biologe conditoning balm in my hair for 10 minutes (while im in shower) and wash it out.

I sometimes also use the conditioning balm on my ends as a leave in conditoner.

you cant even tell its in, like it doesnt look gross.

Once I'm out of shower I put my john friedie frizze ease serum in and wrap my towel up in hair.

I lotion my legs, put my face stuff on, ect then unwrap my hair.

I comb though it then if its night and im not doing anything else I just leave it sometimes blow dry (with heat proctent)

If Im going somewhere I comb though it and blow dry it

I switch between Got2b flat iron guardian angel and Dove heat therapy.

I then Flat iron it (or curl, I usaully flat iron, I use heat every day though)

I also put garnier fructis soothing milk in and brush that though and sometimes more frizze ease.

My hair is colored a very light blonde, and its black in the back (under the blonde)

So what do yall do everyday?

I know most of you are going to say, "huh, did I just read that right?".  I only shampoo my hair about once a month.  Around November I started "conditioner washing" my hair or co-washing.  I had heard about it and was very skeptical but decided to try it any way.  Because I do process my hair blonde and that is very drying to the hair I thought this would be a good alternative if it worked.  Well, it does.  Shampoo can also be very drying to hair and cleansing it with conditioner is much gentler.  It takes more work as you have to massage the conditioner in very well and rinse very well.  But, it does break down dirt, oil and hair products and leaves the hair clean without completely stripping it.  My hair is in pretty good condition considering what I put it thru.  If you have any questions just send me a message.

I'm so happy...my hair is in a boy cut...so I get up ...wash it and call that a day...put some moisturizer and that's my schedule.  When I had longer hair...OMG that was torture.....I would wash it once a week...and either roller set or blow dry and flat iron, put leave in conditioner, heat protectant spray..etc  Then at night I would put olive oil, moisterizer, setting lotion...omg the works.  On mornings I would have to either unwrap it or take out rollers, spray some hair spray to either give it some body or hold it....then i would have to comb it....I don't miss the drama at all.  I love my low cut.

Because I have bright red hair, I can't wash my hair as often as most people, otherwise the color fades too quickly. So I only wash it once or twice a week (and by now it's gotten so used to it that it doesnt get greasy until day 3 or 4), with Joico K-Pak Therapy shampoo and Conditioner. Then I use It's A 10 Miracle Leave-in Product (which is a leave in conditioner) after it's towel dried, and let it air dry. I straighten it or curl if I feel like it (when I'm going out) or wear it up most of the time in a clip (my hair is down to my lower back, so it gets a bit annoying to wear down if I'm hanging around the house). I use It's A 10 Hair Mask once or twice a month, usually right before dying or right after, to deep condition :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I think that's about it!

I have colour-treated, fine, but a lot of long hair that tangles very easily. Matrix Biolage Hydrotherapie shampoo, with Klorane Chamomile shampoo twice per week. L'Oreal VivePro Hydra Gloss conditioner for Very Dry/Damaged hair as everyday conditioner. Absolutely gutted they've discontinued it, as it was cheap and very effective. Matrix Biolage Hydrotherapie Conditioning Balm 2-3 times/week. Johnson & Johnson No More Tangles De-tangling Spray to detangle. It's a 10! Leave-In Treatment combed through. CHI Silk Infusion for heat protection. I use mousse, gels, straightening balm, etc. but which ones I use vary.

I wash & condition my hair every 4 to 5 days.

I use L'oreal colour vive for damaged hair shampoo.

The next shampoo I use a clarifying shampoo.

For conditioner, I'll use either Garnier Fructis, Pantene or Neutrogena.

I apply a garnier cream leave in, blow dry bang. Then apply Got2b silicon serum.

I flat iron my bangs as my hair is quite wavy/curly/frizzy.

I try to let the remainder hair air dry.

In Canada, L'Oreal has released a new line of hair care products to replace the Vive line.

Jeanine, I'm curious what conditioner and styling product (gel) you use.

I might try the no-poo method this summer.
