Whats the best drugstore brand? Im poor

Hmmm I can think of three inexpensive drugstore brands of makeup:

Jordana

Milani

Wet N Wild

i had to bleach my black hair in order for the red to show. you can try revlon and loreal they both are good. Salons charge a lot but you can go to the beauty stores and buy the same products that salon uses. they usually cost around 8-16 for one tube. i usualy use one tube and mix it with color bleach..its something they use to mix with so the color will come out better..it looks milky white. you can also get that in the beauty store. doesnt cost much and it wouldnt damage her hair as much as drugstore products.

I've only dyed my hair once, but I used L'Oreal Casting Colorspa (in a blue box) and it worked fantastically. My friend who dyes her hair swears by it and recommended it to me, and I trust her opinion. I know how often they change things up, so it may be under a slightly different name or color, but I'd say give it a look.

How red do you want it......If your timid at all, you could try red highlights first. For a permanent color, i like loreal excellance

I usually use Nutrisse by Garnier.

However, I love #848 by L'Image (Clairol). It is a beautiful medium brownish red. I think this colour would like nice with asian, white or African American skin tones. This might cost $8 a box. Buy two boxes if you have long hair.

It depends on how dark your hair is and what color you want to make it. Red is the hardest color to keep too... You might be better off going to the salon since there's a possibility you'll need to bleach your hair first depending on the color. I would suggest going to something more auburn first.
