What order do I use microdermabrasion & a peel?

I'm getting more products incorporated into my skincare routine and don't know if these are supposed to be used before washing, before my supercop, or when & if they can be used on the same day of each other or do I let my skin rest..........can someone please lmk? Thanks!

I agree too but just want to add that I do a peel on Sunday and then do a microdermabrasion on Wednesday. That gives enough time inbetween treatments for all the dead skin to be loosened and sloughed away.

Thanks for the responses. I've got one more question........so right after the microdermabrasion or peel, is it fine to then immediately use a toner (or would that sting) and the rest of my skincare routine or are you supposed to just use some sort of calming moisturizer?

No. I think it probably will sting. I use some emu oil and then after that soaks in I put on a heavy duty moisturizer.

Thanks again for the replies. After all the rave reviews I heard about Avon's 2-step peel, I just purchased it and I'm also wanting to try Epidermx's microdermasion. I needed to make sure I was doing everything in order so it wouldn't be a waste of my time or money......now I can't wait for results!
