What kind of facewash would suit oily skin?

She is 15 yrs, girl. She have normal skin everywhere but very, very oily on the nose and a bit less oily on the forehead. Fortunately, she dont have pimples due to the oilyness. Her face is clear, very light complexion. So, sometimes when she too worked up..it turns a bit dark.
The girl is my cousin sister.
Please suggest and help...
