What is this on my face?

My face seems to be clearing up.. kinda lol. i just got three big zitso n my face lol but in the area that there is no break out i see red spotches, some a little tan some pale are these blemish's how do i get rid of these to make it even with the rest of my face?

does anyone know?

Hmmm..maybe try a cortisone cream?? Hard to say without actually seeing what you're talking about...sorry I can't be of more help.

Maybe it's hyperpigmentation.
