I tried Crest Whitening Strips and hated them. It was so hard to keep them in my mouth it felt like a candy wrapper was around my teeth and it didn't stay in place that well. Besides the texture it burned too? Are there better products out there that give good results?

I was just going to suggest Crest!

They really worked for me and I didn't experience any of the problems you did.. Hope you'll get some other suggestions here.

Oh I know what you mean, I hated the way the crest strips wrapped around my teeth and it felt like I was eating more of the product than actually stayed on my teeth. They made my teeth soooo sensitive for weeks afterward. I'm using this gel from walmart right now the kind you put into those little rubber trays? I think its called instant white or something like that. Anyway you get like 10 application and after only one 30 minute application theres a SIGNIFICANT improvement- I saw a difference of like 4 shades it was nuts.

I don't like whitening products,so I would REALLY reccomend Ultrasonic or somwething like that toothbrush-yellow water was pouring out of my mouoth when i first used it,OMG(and I do was my teeth regularly). I could never go nack to a normal toothbrush again.

I like Opalescence which, previously, you could only get at your dentist. I noticed at the last couple of aesthetics shows I went to that it's now being marketed to aestheticians as well and at a much cheaper rate than through a dental office. You might check some of your local, but larger spas, for this product if you're interested.

in general, over the counter whitening toothpastes are going to be the same. best bet

is to get a professional cleaning

Rembrandt Intense Stain Removal toothpaste works best for me. It's designed for coffee, tea, red wine drinkers and smokers. I only drink herbal tea from time to time and don't do the other things so my teeth aren't really stained but it reallly whitens well!

I was going to suggest either Rembrandt or baking soda w/ peroxide (in which case, Arm & Hammer has a toothpaste to my recollection, or it's in a specific brand).

Ionic White system is wooonderful

Kinda tasts weird - but so worth it.

Mixed with a whitening paste - it's perfect!
