Why do you love them & what type of skin do you have?

I have dry, sensitive skin w/a few lines starting around the corners of my eyes (laugh lines). My skin has an uneveness (due to vitiligo).

I have been using Arbonne RE9 products and they have done fine for my skin type, no breakouts, rashes, etc.... I don't really know if they have did much for my skin (helping w/the lines & uneveness). I think I'm getting bored w/it now & ready to move onto something else, maybe the DHC stuff.

How about you????

I think I have oily or combo skin.

I use

Cleanser: Biotherm Pure Bright Clarifying and Polishing (my HG! cleanser)

Toner: PC 2% BHA liquid and Biotherm Pure Bright toner

Moisturizer Day: C.O. Bigelow Extra Light Lotion with SPF

Moisturizer Night: The Body Shop WHite Moisture Serum (just bought yesterday but it feels really greasy; may return)

Treatments: Glycolic/LActic Acid peels (I'm staying off these for a while though) and Avene Ystheal + Creme (just started using)

Mask: BBW Pure Simplicity Neem Mask

For the past month or so, I have used Organic Complexion Pure Solution Duo and Rosewood Wonder Drops from HSN.

I have had better results with this than anything I have ever tried. I like the fact that they are all natural. Most products that claim to be natural still have a lot of chemicals.

My skin is combination with enlarged pores in the T-Zone. These products control the oil and the pores look smaller, and the drier facial areas are not overly dried out. I also have been using Coconut Oil for moisturizer on the neck and body with excellent results. They have a line for dry skin, too that gets raves from customers.

I think I have finally found the answer after many years of searching.

I have very oily skin, prone to clogged pores from the oil (according to my dermatologist!). I have been really loving Neutrogenia On-The-Spot Treatment -- it contains 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, which is just as effective as the other brands' 10% solutions but not near as drying! It has cleared up my acne better than any other drugstore products!

I do use a few other products, cleansers and moisturizers and such, but I'm not sure how well they actually work. It was only after adding the On-The-Spot that I noticed a dramatic difference in my skin!

I use Biore Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser simply because I love the affordable price and the way my face actually feels tingly clean after use. I follow this by either Clean and Clear Dual Action Moisturizer or Biore Shine Free Moisturizer depending on my skin that day.

I would however like to invest in an affordable cold cream to heal up the occasional dry patches (due to a light case of eczema) that I get on my face every now and then depending on the season/weather. I'm just not sure what's really good and what's not .

What is cetaphil?

I've been using Clinique cleaner, toner, and moisturizer but it hasn't been doing anything special for me.

I've been using Burt's Bees Orange Essence Facial Cleanser, Burt's Bees Tomato and Cucumber Garden Toner, Burt's Bees Royal Jelly Eye Cream, and Cetaphil Moisturizer.

I'm loving and getting great results from Epidermx microdermabrasion, Silkia camellia oil, Green Cream, Glycolic Acid Peels, Burts Bees Repair Serum and Royal Jelly Eye Cream.

I had to pare down my skin regimen because I have normal/dry, sensitive, and acne prone skin. Less is better for my skin. My regimen is:

Cleanser: clinique liquid mild (LOVE) & Cetaphil gentle (LOVE)

Toner: clinique clarifying lotion in mild

Acne product: PC 2% BHA gel (LOVE)

Moisturizer: clinique moisture surge

I cannot use scrubs or masks as they bother my sensitive skin. This regimen seems to work for me. I would love to find a better moisturizer. The clinique one is ok but I need something more moisturizing that is oil-free.

I have oily/combo skin with VERY large pores and mild acne. I have used pretty much everything but what Im using now seems to be working the best so far. In the morning after washing my face I use Dermadoctor Picture porefect, and in the evening after cleansing I use Juice Beauty blemish clearing serum. Im really lovin' the combo.

How about you????

If you want to try DHC you HAVE to try the Olive Oil Cleanser!!! I tried it about a year ago now and I cannot rave about it enough! I have combination skin I guess, though it seems to be pretty oily in the summer months. I still use it because it is the only cleanser that doesn't strip my skin of moisture and can do double duty by taking off all your makeup. I massage the oil in for about 2 minutes and then rinse well. I was on vacation with my grandma and made her use it too, and now she loves it! My skin has definately improved since I started using it, and I swear by it! I've tried other DHC products, but wasn't very impressed....but definately try the oil cleanser! It lasts a long time and is only 23 dollars I think.

I use retin a either every night or three nights, skip a night or two, and then three nights again.

During the day I use Prevage and then apply sunscreen. If I need a light moisturizer, I use Kinerase cream, which is very light, and I swear it has made my skintone more even and my pores very tiny. I had been using Neutrogena Dry Touch SPF 55 because it has Helioplex or something like that in it, which is a U.S. response to Meroxl, which is used throughout Europe and is supposed to be far superior to U.S. sunscreens, since physical blockers and Parsol 1789 actually break down in sunlight. I was just in Europe and picked up some Loreal sunscreen with Meroxyl to try, and want to start using European sunscreens now exclusively.

Okay...I'm a bit of a skincare junkie if you can't tell!! Prevage and Kinerase are super pricey, but I think my skin has never looked better since using them. Has anyone else tried Prevage or Kinerase? I would be interested to hear what others' experiences have been.

Oh...and I give myself 30% glycolic peels every week or every other week. Pain and beauty go hand in hand....

I have dry, sensitive skin with minimal breakouts. I use Clinique's facial soap in Mild, Clinique's clarifying lotion 2, and their dramatically different lotion. At times my skin can get very dry and irritated when I do have breakouts, so for these times I use the same as above but switch from clarifying lotion 2 to 1. Clarifying lotion 1 is a lot less harsh! They also have a mild clarifying lotion that is great for sensitive skin. I would recommend starting out with that first and gradually increasing to clarifying lotion 2. This is what I had to do because if you just start off with 2 it can be very harsh. I have been using clinique for a year now! I have stopped it a couple of times just for a change but I always come back to it! It works great! Now that I have been using it for a while, my skin has cleared up and really only breakouts a little when I am on my period. And my skin is not as dry as it used to be! I really love the 3 step system and would not use anything else again!!! It is eay, fast, fun, and works!!

Nothing special for my cleanser...just Nutrogena deep cream cleanser (though may switch to something else) and using Lather AHA copper and borage treatment moisturiser...I'm quite happy with the results of this, my skin is glowing far more and smoother. It's natural, and it hasn't made my skin dry out or irritated.I got asked for ID while buying a bottle of wine yesterday, and as I'm 29, it must be doing some good!

I dont use much for my skin.. I have sensitive skin which is prone to redness and sometimes dry patches.

- My HG of all time is... £2.00 Tesco Sensitive Sunscreen Spf 25.. I use it on my face - Neck etc it calms my reactive skin down in seconds and I hardly have flare ups, and when I do they dont even look that bad! I need to stock up on this for the winter

x

- Clinique Mild Facial Soap

- Emu Oil for dry areas on my face. (around eyes etc)

I just started using Proactiv three weeks ago. I'm using Renewing Cleanser, Revitalizing Toner, Repairing Lotion, and the Refining Mask about every three days. I'm LOVING it! My face is clear for the first time in forever, and I'm lucky, it hasn't been drying or irritating at all.
