What are the white looking thing on his face? Any products to cure those or better take care of his face?

I really don't know. It almost looks like scars from being burnt or something.

It's not too noticeable unless you actually look at them. I don't remember having them as a kid, but a couple of yrs back I did go to the beach a lot and didn't spread my sunblock lotion on right or perhaps not enough of it, so that resulted in me having some white patches on my skin. You should tell your uncle to see a dermatologist. Perhaps it can be treated.
