What about the skin?

I know a couple of women who had lap band or gastric bypass surgeries.

They have both lost a ton of weight but what happens to all of the extra skin left behind? Is a complete body lift included in the course of treatment?

I wouldn't dare ask them, but I bet you'd have to pleat your skin into your clothing without some of it being removed.

Any ideas?
