What is a wax that pulls out ALL short hair throughout the whole body?

Or do you wait till it gets bushy and long in order to wax it?

Hmm, if it's really short, the wax won't adhere, but you don't have to wait until the hair is super long either. A few millimeters should be enough.

Depends on the wax to be honest. Like Magosienne posted the hair can't be super short, like just appeared hair, but it doesn't have to be fully grown out. A wax that requires no muslin strips and hardens on it's own before pulling it is best, in my experience, for shorter hair while with wax that requires a muslin strip it needs to be slightly longer. If you're doing waxing at home you can get small bottles of wax of both kinds from Sally's Beauty for under $5 each.

I usually use a depilatory cream for all over my body.  It would take me hours to do my whole body and I'm not that hairy, just large surface area ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Usually, you'd want a few days worth of growth. You don't have to be bushy but you should be able to move that one hair with a finger nail.
