Hi Everyone, I joined makeuptalk with hope of finding some answers, I recently started waxing my eyebrows at home, I have been doing this for 3 months and i have noticed that there are sink tag like spots starting to form under my eyebrowes and on my eye lid of couse I have stopped waxing but i really what to get rid of these skin tag like spots as soon as possible.............can any one help??

Skin tags? Those can only be removed by a doctor BUT you may have developed it due to be allergic to the wax or fragrance in the wax. If it doesn't clear up in a month go see a doctor. DO NOT remove skin tags on your own.

Skin tags can certainly be removed at home - Dr Scholls has a great kit for around $30.

The problem is that the tags are on the face.

In this case, you might want to see a Dermatologist.

But if the tags were on your neck or lower - save money and do them yourself.

There not really skin tags I dont know how to explain what they look like should I attach a pic??

I used to get skin tags all the time under my arms and figured out it was most likely the ingredients in the anti-perspirants I was using.... Switched to a natural deodorant and have not had a skin tag since.... like 10 years..... SO I would maybe change to a different wax or stop all together...

Sorry for taking so long to get back with the photo life has been hectic but here is a pic.....be prepared there not pretty :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Those aren't skin tags. Another member posted about her bumps and essentially (in her case) they're benign bumps called Syringoma. Only a doctor can determine what yours are.
