I cut my thumb open on the tin, a few days ago, and I probably should have gone to the ER. (I'm still rocking the Hello Kitty Band-Aid, and I've gone through quite a few boxes. Thank goodness my husband purchased two additional boxes while he was at Super Target.) Anyway! Please be extra careful! I'm officially scared of my Smith's Rosebud Salve, now, as well.

How awful!! I'm sorry to hear that you injured yourself, I hope it heals up soon. I knew there was a reason I avoided buying any mu in tins =/

Cut your thumb on the tin? Dang. I'd better watch out. I've got some myself. I'm sorry to hear about your boo-boo! Hang in there!

If it can happy (*lol* or happen, rather), it will happen to me. I'm an accident waiting to happen. Kind of. Not really. Well, sometimes. Thanks, sweetness! Please be careful closing your tins!

Ouch, that even sounds painful. But I've pinched my skin opening up tins before, I usually make my husband do it because I'm klutzy at those things.

That lip balm is supposed to be very good, but I guess you've got to get past the tin first. Thanks for the heads-up, hope your thumb heals soon.

You're welcome, sweetie!

Thank you!

Yikes! I don't own this product but I do have other products in tins, so thanks for the warning.

I actually once cut my finger on on of those chewing gum packages that was the kind you push through the back (like cold pills). The foil that serves as the backing can actually be very sharp at the edges where it tears. Be careful!

Dang...that is terrible...hope it heals really quick..I hate cuts on my fingers or thumb...they just seem to take forever to heal....

OMG! That stinks! I'm sorry you cut yourself! We'll definitely have to be careful with those products!!

sorri about what happened to u., hope your thumb is feeling better :yikes:S and thx for the warning

You're welcome. A chewing gum package? Thank you for the warning, as well.

I didn't know those things could be dangerous. I'm sorry you cut yourself and hope it heals soon! Put some tea tree oil and emu oil on it. That's what I did when that girl mutilated my cuticles a couple of weeks ago and it healed it up fast.

I bet your Hello Kitty band-aids are cute!

Ouch! That type of packaging can call for extra caution. Hope it heals quickly and feels better soon.
