Hi,

I went to the salon at Ulta and told my hairdresser I wanted a golden brown color - think Jessica alba. My hairdresser said my hair was dark and wouldnt lift unless she bleached it so she did and then added brown to that and now my hair is orange. What can i do to fix it, it looks really bad and I dont wanna go back there because Im scared my hair will be ruined if I keep letting her try to fix the problem. Please help!

YOU don't fix it. Go back to the salon and have a supervisor / manager address this problem. And don't let them tell you that you have to pay extra.

What mimosette said. You are walking advertisement for them. They should not be willing to let you walk around with horrible hair telling people how Ulta messed it up, and you should not have to pay to fix their mistake. Then there's the part where the person who did this needs to know DO NOT DO THAT AGAIN. Unless you go back, she's going to think she did a great job, and she'll do it to someone else. If she did it to you, she might have done it to someone *before* you who didn't speak up, and if that other person had complained, you might not be dealing with this now. Plus you *really* don't want to be messing around with double-processing if you don't know what you're doing. Even worse things than you have going on right now could happen. Beauticians are trained and licensed for a reason. If they give you any crap about it, I just have two more words for you: Instagram and Twitter. Well, I'll throw in a third: Facebook. I repeat: Walking advertisement. It's a little blackmail-y, but in this era of social media, companies tend to *really* like to fix problems like this for you so they don't show up on any list aside from the look-how-awesome-they-were-to-me list.
