I used to have a bad habit. Whenever I'm in a bad mood, I would have my hair cut. Now my hair is short and I'm regretfull. I want my long hair back. Is there any ways that can help with that?

thx a lot.

Hey,

Not sure what sort of help you're interested in. Treatments/methods to grow your hair out? Hair extensions?

Let me know - maybe I can help you out : )

Hi... I have the same problem. I have short hairs and want to grow them fast. I tried many home made treatments but they didnt work well. So is their any one that can help me??

I asked some of Chinese friends, and they suggested me wash my hair with ginger shampoo every day. Not sure if it will work, but it's very interesting. I'm thinking about if I should adopt this advice.

What kind of treatments that can help?

I heard that some combs with special effect can help. I saw such a comb on gorgeouslim.com

but I've never tried this way. not sure if that may really help.

If you have a willing partner - massage - every night. Pretty firm, all over the scalp.  You can even do it to yourself, but it feels better when someone else does it ;p

And when you shampoo (if you shampoo that is) make sure you really concentrate on massaging your scalp.

Another thing, that i heard once, and it was so long ago it might not even be true... in face thinking about it, it does sound very weird...was to put mushrooms in your bedroom near your bed!  Who knows! Cant say i have done this so i cannot possibly comment on its reliability!

There are a few natural tips methods that were passed down to me:

(1) Warm oil massage the night before or 30 minutes before you wash your hair

(2) Limit or stop using straightening irons, curling irons etc. This will help add thickness too. This is a long term solution, I would first limit it to once a week and phase it out. You'll notice a difference in 2-3 months.

(3) Limit or stop using hair product (hairspray, gel, mousse etc.) There are "natural" alternatives such as: giovanni

(4) I went to a naturopath to get some vitamins and supplements. That helped. He also suggested a complete dietary overhaul - also helped!

In general I use “Argan Oil†products for my hair to grow and I had seen the result in short span of time and argan oil is produced from the large Argan nuts which are found in Moroccan Atlas Mountains. The oil production process is performed to an ancient preservation tradition that extracts a high concentration of the acidity and various vitamins. The oil's acidity and vitamins are essential for hair assist in softening, nourishing and rehabilitating the hair.

Directions Of Use:

I used this one after shampooing with Argan Shampoo and apply a palm sized quantity of Argan Conditioner to Wait 2-3 minutes and rinse.

There are so many benefits with Argan oil and it is often referred to as a miracle product because of its extreme moisturizing benefits for both hair and skin. Unlike other oils, argan extracts don’t just temporarily mask dryness. The kernels contain vitamin E to restore each strand of hair and keep it moisturized long after use. At the same time, argan oil helps to naturally restore the hair cuticle. This is made possible by the natural presence of antioxidants that directly reverse cellular damage.

I applied either before or after washing the hair. Generally, if you want to keep moisture balance in your cuticle, then you can apply the oil one to two times per week before shampooing.

I hope it the best product for hair growth. I hope it would be useful to you.
Good Luck!!!

I have never tried this myself, but I read somewhere on the internet about putting Monistat (yes, the same stuff you use to treat yeast infections) on your scalp to promote hair growth.

I take Biotin "for healthy hair and skin" and Vitamin A "for healthy nails and skin" theyre just normal vitamins you can get...well anywhere that sells vitamins. lol

Guys, have anyone ever tried using the Suave Keratin products? My hair just fall out because of those. I managed to find the same complaint about the products, but just one. I am just wondering to figure out if it is a personal problem or the effect of the product.

Thank you!

I've heard this too and bought it to try it out but it scared me when i read that one of the side effects was permanent hair loss... yikes :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Here are 11 tips you can use to grow your hair longer and stronger: 1. Follow a Healthy Lifestyle Before we get to the outside, we need to take care of the inside. Yes, what you eat, drink and how you treat your body has an effect on your hair. You need to eat enough fresh fruits and vegetables, drink enough water and exercise regularly for your body's overall health. Since your hair grows directly from your body, when you treat your body well, your skin, nails and hair benefit, too. People who suffer from vitamin deficiencies and unhealthy diets can suffer from dry, brittle hair. 2. Get Regular Trims This sounds counterproductive if you want your hair to grow longer, but trims help get rid of dry, damaged and split ends which can work their way up the shaft of your hair, causing even more damage. A trim is defined as removing ¼ to ½ inch of hair, nothing more. If your stylist insists on cutting off inches of hair every time you go in for a visit, your hair won't get longer, so either find a professional who understands exactly how much hair you need removed or learn to trim your hair yourself. Depending on the chemicals you have in your hair as well as your daily routine, you may need a trim anywhere from every six weeks to six months. The better you care for your hair on a day-to-day basis, the less often you'll need trims. 3. Use Moisturizing Products Because black hair is often dry by nature, it's best to use products that replace needed moisture. This includes using shampoos and conditioners formulated for dry and/or damaged hair. These products don't have to come strictly from the "ethnic" hair aisle, either; many mainstream brands make hair products for different types of hair, from oily to dry. 4. Low Manipulation There's no need to brush your hair 100 strokes per night before going to sleep. In fact, the less you do to black hair, the more it flourishes. 5. Use Protective Styling Once your hair is a certain length, you might want to wear it loose all the time to let everyone know just how long it is. You want to feel the wind blowing it to and fro, but wearing your hair in protective styles more often than not will help you retain that precious length. Protective styles keep your ends – the oldest and often driest parts of your hair – from rubbing against clothing, pillowcases and car seats. By keeping these ends up and out of sight, you hold in the moisture your hair needs and prevent dryness that can lead to breakage. Protective styling also applies to nighttime care; a silk or satin hair cover or pillowcase is better for the health of your hair than cotton.

Hey dear first stop worrying and feel stressed .. Eat healthy food.

Intake of proteins and vitamins helps to grow your hair fast, Vitamin C deficiency can cause dry, dull, and weak hair that is prone to breakage. Good sources of Vitamin C include citrus fruits, pineapples, strawberries, guava, broccoli, kale, and peppers.

Good luck :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
