Juts wondering does Vitamin K cream help improve the skin around you eyes! its ment to strengthen capillaries which create the darkness around the eyes (along with other things lol). Thanks any info would be appreciated x

Vitamin K creams/gels do work for some people but you have to be patient and consistent with it because it takes quite awhile for it to work. Unfortunately, my dark circles are hereditary and haven't responded to any eye creams claiming to get rid of dark circles. I just have to keep mine covered with concealer.

I have, but they're all too much work to keep up with on a regular basis. I was really trying to make all my own cosmetics and skin care, but it takes forever and everything goes bad really quickly. The remedies with cucumber, tomato, turmeric, horse chestnut and potatoes worked best, but it was a gradual sutble thing. Right now I'm working on getting better sleep, taking my vitamins and using a regular commerically produced eye cream 2-3x a week. I've been wearing my glasses a lot so they aren't so noticable anyway.

I want to try some of those remedies! I'm always up for trying anything natural! You're right on the sleep and vitamins being essential to reducing dark circles. I can tell a big difference in mine when i've actually had a full night's sleep. Insomnia sucks big time! :madno: I've been wearing my glasses alot lately too because they do hide them.

Good luck! Just a hint, the turmeric will stain your skin yellow. I don't know if turmeric has any medicinal properties, but it seemed like the turmeric worked so well because the yellow counteracts the dark circle burise color.

Vit K .. never did anything 4 me .... but it depends on your skin i guess
