Vitamin E skin oil

I just got some and i was wondering how everyone applied it...i was going to put some on with a cotton ball.

I was also about it exfoilate with pure virgin olive oil and sugar, does anyone wash there face after using it?

Granulated (white) sugar might be too scratchy - brown sugar might be more gentle to exfoliate with.

If you find the sugar is too scratchy, mix baking soda with the oil, then exfoliate.

I would wash my face after exfoliating. You can always reappy some oil again.

Whenever I have used Vitamin E, it comes in individual capsules.

I poke a hole in one with a pin, and squeeze the oil onto the skin, then rub in.

I would wash your face after using olive oil and sugar. Too oily otherwise. JMO.

I have used vitamin e oil in a small bottle and I just put some on my finger and then rub it in. I would think a cotton ball would absorb too much oil and waste it.

I do the same with my vitamin e oil, just dab it on with my finger.

Are you sure you really want to use sugar to exfoliate your face? I only use sugar scrubs on my body because it feels too harsh for the skin on my face.

The vitamin E oil is working really good....but i still haven't done the sugar and oo exfoliater because i cant get past putting oo on my face...anyone know of any other exfoliaters?
