Very Silly Question

It's silly but this has been bothering me for awhile.

I have a little bit of scarring on my back and wanted to try a lotion for it .

How do apply lotions, or anything on your back when you live by yourself?

i do funny poses. as long as i don't hear a cracking sound, i go on lol. maybe try a spray bottle?
