Vegetable hair dye

What are vegetable based hairdyes,and what is the best brand/kind to get?? Where can I buy them?? I was told that some synthetic hair will take color with these types of hairdye. thanks

You might want to try health food stores to see if they carry vegetable hair dyes.

I'm not sure if this would work, but I've used Henna before. Henna is a plant, but I don't know if anyone would consider it as a vegetable hair dye. What I'm guessing is that synthetic hair won't react to chemical hair dye, so you have to use natural.
