Vaginal Cream for under eyes....anyone heard of this?

I read in a medical journal the other day where a doctor prescribed Premarin vaginal cream for a lady who had constant nose bleeds. He said it thickens the vaginal wall and would do the same for the membranes in the nose......who woulda thunk it?? NOW......I just read another one where it was prescribed for those thin, creepy places under our eyes that get bags and dark circles. It said the same thing.......that the cream would thicken the skin under the eyes. Has anyone heard of this OR tried it? It makes sense to me, but you never know about 'claims' out there. (OH.....none of the articles were SELLING that product. I never trust those.....they will say anythingto get you to buy their product!) It was just an informative article.

OOOPS......I was JUST asking a question because I read an article. I'm not 'on a bandwagon' or promoting its use. I don't use it OR take hormone therapy. I stopped it a long time ago and take GNC's Phyto-Estrogen supplements instead. I am ALL for natural foods AND natural anything I can use. I just read an article that said vaginal cream would thicken the skin around the eye area. I sure didn't mean to upset anyone.
