First, I have very pale skin that is almost completely clear, I'm 17 so I still get the occasional pimple or some clogged pores but most of the time my skin is clear. My current routine for warm weather is this:

AM: rinse face, St. Ives Cucumber Gel, HT Faces S/S

PM: cleanse w/ C&C Sensitive Skin cleanser (similar to Purpose), use Neutrogena Rapid Clear Acne Defense lotion (2% Salicylic Acid), moisturize with Cetaphil cream.

Is there anything I can add/change to my routine to get smoother, even, creamy looking? I was thinking about wearing more makeup, but that doesn't really seem worth it to me. I try to just use a little concealer and powder when it comes to full face makeup, so I'd rather not use a TM/foundation/etc if I can get this kind of skin naturally.

drugstore recs only though.. I'm a broke student. tia

Second, what is the best drugstore body lotion with no scent or no lasting scent (as to not conflict w/ perfume) that has ingredients that are actually good for the skin?

thanks!

:kopfkratz: for your body i was thinking of Nivea soft. it comes in a white pot and though it's a body cream, it so easy to apply and so quickly absorbed by the skin it's like a body lotion. and it moisturises the skin, of course.

you can also try the garnier "skin naturals" line. i've tried three different body lotions, and they're great. my favorite are body tonic and body repair (though this one is more for winter). they have a nice smell of fruits, but it doesn't last on the skin.

Dove do great body lotions, the one I use (Rich Nourishing) is lightly scented but it doesn't last all day, you may also want to try one of their body creams instead.
