On my nose & cheeks, my pores look enlarged and filled with...stuff. I don't what the stuff is, but I don't like it. It looks white. I, apparently, am the only one who notices, but I think it's gross. What can I use to clean my pores out & shrink them?

Also, does anyone know any teeth whiteners that WORK that are $20 or less? And leave little to no teeth sensitivity, as my teeth are already very sensitive. I'm think of buying that Dr. George's stuff soon, and when I do, I'll review & let y'all know how it works. :]

1) I have gotten that once or twice, and im not sure what it is...just buildup of gunk. Try a deep clearing mask, thats all ican really suggeest

2) If you have sensitive gums, i wouldn't suggest tooth whitening b/c it is very harsh on the gums but if you cannot do without, try gosmile. Not cheap, but it may not be as harsh

1. You can try a clay mask or Biore Pore strip to get the gook out.

You can't shrink your pore size, you can only temporarily tighten them (toner) or minimize their appearance (primers and pore minimizing cremes like Clinique's)

2. The only whitening system I've used that worked well and didn't cause sensitivity is Go Smile. I'm pretty sure you can get a small pack of the green and white ampuoles for around $20. Its either the refill kit or the travel pack. I can't remember which one.

it's oil and dead skin cells. a cleanser with salicylic acid can keep your skin pretty balanced and i love queen helene mint julep mask to manage this problem for myself. not a permanent fix but works well when used on a regular basis.

Ditto on not being able to shrink your pores. Sounds like the ladies have given great recs as far as the rest of the skincare issue. As for the teeth, I've heard Crest White Strips work extremely well.

crest whitening strips, the regular ones take a bit but work.. but the the premium crest strips made my gums hurt soo bad, like mini icepicks were stuck in them. i could hardly eat. i would try something less harsh, i've never tried go smile, but i've heard great things about it.

Definatly a mask & Crest White Strips. A toner will help tighten a pore opening, but you can't shrink them.

Hi,

I have the same problem with teeth sensitivity. Hope the Dr. George product gives you the results you seek.
