What are my options for something that will work somewhat? I want something not too expensive...I hear a lot about Crest strips but I have to wear my retainer at night so I don't know if that can work out?

Thanks :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I think you can wear Crest Strips at night with a retainer... Im not positive but I dont see how it would interfer with it. Just put the strip on and then put the retainer in after. They work real great. I dont use them but my mom uses them and loves them, and she has really white teeth :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> . I dont think they are super cheap though :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> .

listerine prebrushing rinse, its amazing and alot cheaper than strips and stuff, you just swish it around for 60 sec before you brush 2x a day and you can tell a difference within the first day

Hey cool, I might give it a try. Its so white.

crest strips are good. my bf tried "go smile". We found it worked but way too expensive and no difference in then end that was better than crest strips.

i use an electric toothbrush, every now and then I brush with it wet only and with no toothpaste. I know this isn't really the kind of info you were looking for but thought I'd mention it anyway. Its not going to whiten the actual color of your teeth but brushing like that really does buff off stains from coffee and food etc., my dentist recommended it and actually I can see a difference right after I do it

There's a bunch of topics about it on Bath/body/ etc forum... But someone mentioned there an easy, cheap and good teeth whitening system that i don't know the name now
