Try not to pluck just before your period---it hurt worse because your skin is more sensitive. Perye:10:

Oh yes definitely avoid any plucking, scrubbing or even using any peeling products while on your period. Because at that moment, your skin cell is very sensitive and could lead to dark spots if you're prone to darkspot/hyperpigmentation
