Hi everyone! I'm not sure if this is due to the change in weather here, but I noticed that little patches of tiny bumps have formed on my face. They are the same color as my skin, really really tiny, but in large groups! I doubt they are white/blackheads. I'm not sure if it's milia? They don't hurt or anything... they seem to just be sitting on my skin. Does anyone know how to get rid of them? I was also wondering if microdermabrasion is too harsh for 16 year old skin.
