last saturday i bought a new lipbalm and got a sample of Nuxe Crème fraîche de beauté Light for combo skins. let's celebrate me finally getting products from brands i love and don't have to give to my mom because it's written "anti-wrinkles" on it.

i love the texture, which is rare for me. it's not thick but not milky either, a perfect middle ground between the two i'd say. great smell, very soothing, "stress-relieving" as they say. it really moisturizes the skin, finally one moisturizer i can apply everywhere on my face without needing to apply another on my dry cheeks. by the end of the day my nose wasn't shiny, yeehaw ! i didn't go out much because of my conjunctivitis, so maybe it won't work as well under a hot sun, but i really think this moisturizer balances my combo skin.

i was also amazed to see my skin was glowing, looking really healthy and my blemishes had almost completely vanished, leaving me only with a natural blush on my cheeks.

Nuxe puts natural ingredients in its products (including EO in this one), and claim they're not tested on animals. always good to know

apparently in my country it costs about 20 euros, i never spent that much money in a moisturizer, but i think i'll do this once.

Great! Glad you found something you like! How much is $20 Euros in US dollars?? I take it this is a French Skin Care line?

yes it is. sorry ,i forgot to convert the currency. it costs about 30US$, though i saw 39 on the website i've put as a link

I LOVE French skincare. They really know their stuff! Everything in my routine right now is French, but I have yet to try Nuxe. I read about this a while ago and was intrigued.

Thanks for letting us know!

Hehe. Right now I'm using mainly Bioderma and Avene. I'm also using a Ducray sunscreen and an Institut Arnaud Paris serum.

So far my fave is Bioderma. yay ! Bioderma is great. i like their face moisturizers and their neutral shampoo called Nodé. i also like Institut Arnaud. my mom's using Avène, she has the whole bunch of anti- redness moisturizers, lotions, she really likes it. i can't remember if i tried smthg from Ducray.
