I'm 24 years old, not previously on makeup, skin natural is good, she said Tuesday the girl learn to listen to 25 years old to begin maintenance of the skin, and for less time, trying to find a good skin care forum, please help recommend.

Ooooh, That was very hard to understand. Maybe you could try using google translate?

 Sorry <3

I'm sorry, i'm not sure i understand you. If you're looking for advice about skincare for a 24 years old person, what you should do is concentrate on anti aging skincare, mostly by using sunscreen everyday, and then by applying moisturizers or serums with antioxidants. You can also watch the video skincare for your twenties by Dr Schulz on youtube, it has all you need to know.

Basic Skin Care
1. Cleansing The Skin
2. Toning The Skin
3. Exfoliating The Skin
4. Moisturizing The Skin

and try to only natural creams go for Lumnaskin, It is very effective.

This is my list:

AM Routine

clean

tone - if skin is oily

apply moisturizer with a decent spf of 15 or better

Bed time Routine

clean

tone - if skin is oily

apply a serum or moisturizer with anti oxidants

Once you get closer to 30, consider adding Retin A or another prescription product with Tretinoin. This will help get rid of and prevent more fine lines and wrinkles.

With regard to skin care products being "natural", they all contain preservatives that stop them from going bad.  Therefore, they aren't natural.

Oils can be considered natural, but even they don't last forever.

I'm also 24. Thus far, I'm really impressed with Caudalie's Pulpe Vitaminee 1st Wrinkle Serum (recommended for 20-40 year olds), and Avene's Ystheal+ Eye Cream. The Ystheal is a retinoid product, so introduce it gradually. But the Ystheal+ line is formulated for 25+ year old skin. The Caudalie is organic, but it definately has parabens & preservatives. Dermalogica's Cream Exfoliant has AHA (Lactic Acid) and definately gentle enough for my sensitive skin. I don't have a problem with wrinkles (though my undereye area is less supple than it used to be!) yet, but none have seemed to have caused any real irritation or problems. I've got my fingers crossed.

Why would anyone under 30 be interested in "wrinkle" repair products - unless you have allowed yourselves to bake in the sun or have been slaves to tanning booths.

Over the counter retinoid or retinol products have minimal abilities to repair skin - use them daily if desired. They can only contain up to 2% Tretinoin at best - and many don't even have that as an active ingredient.

If you need to use a Retinoid or retinol product - get a prescription from your family doctor. Start at 2% Tretinoin and work up to 5% once you have tolerated it well. Doesn't cost anymore than over the counter products and it actually works!

And there is no such thing is organic or natural skin care products - if there are preservatives (and all companies use them) than they are not organ or natural skin care products.

Don't be sold a bill of goods of hype and fancy wording.

Don't ya just love wording like "reduces the appearance of" or "give the appearance of".

Really, I mean the the heck does that BS mean?

Actually, I've stayed out of the sun. I'm still impressed with the Pulpe Vitaminee serum, which is again, recommended for 20-40 year old skin. Again, I'm not dealing with fine lines and wrinkles at 24, but I definately notice a difference in the overall texture and hydration, especially, of my skin, when using the serum versus not. Call me a sucker or an easy mark, but I personally notice the benefits, and that's enough for me. For the OP, http://www.caudalie.com/en/visage/1eres-rides/serum-1eres-rides.html

heres' what a i do. i'm lazy on skin care lol.

Morning (i'm usually running late)

splash my face with water

put on moisturiser with SPF

Night:

cleanse

tone/soften

serum

moisturiser

eyecream ... yup the whole shebang, night time treatment is crucial, it's when your cells renegerates.

OR.. i replace toner, serum and moisturiser with aloe. HUGE difference
