After many years of fighting with my split ends and trying to achieve the perfect volumized , split end free hair , I've finally found the perfect combinations of hair products, and its only 3 products!

I use

TRESemme' Keratin Smooth Conditioner  6$-7$ CDN

TRESemme' Collagen 24 hour body shampoo 6-8$ CDN

Any Pure Argan Oil (can be any) 2$-50$ CDN

I wash my hair as normal with the Tresemme' Collagen shampoo than I use about a handful maybe two handfuls of the keratin conditioner ( I use a lot) and leave in for 3-4 minutes, rinse hair out as usual. Wrap hair in a towel and wait until its damp, NOT DRY, NOT too Wet, but Damp, so that there's still a bit of water in the hair. Add about 6 drops of argan oil to you're split ends, and all over you're hair, try not to get you're roots. Dry, and see results.

I have really long hair, and I straighten it everyday, so I do some damage to it, but you can't notice, and I get a lot of compliments about my hair, everywhere I go!!  Try it some time :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

My hair regimen is just simple. I wash my hair every Mondays and Thursdays. I use Pantene Brunette Expressions every Monday and every Thursdays I use Head and Shoulders to protect my hair  from dandruff. Then I blow dry them after shampoo. I don't use conditioner because it  causes falling hair.

I shampoo daily with Nature's Gate Jojoba shampoo. I condition with Nexxus Keraphix protein reconstructor. Wrap my hair, with the Keraphix on it in a towel, while I eat breakfast, then rinse out & finish with a rosemary water rinse and air dry. My hair is longish too. Waist length.

I'm a curly girl and my routine is pretty much nailed down. I wash my hair every 2-3 days depending on the season.

I co-wash with Tresemme Naturals conditioner.

Deep condition with Shea Moisture Retention Conditioner.

After the shower I mix a handful of SheaMoisture Coconut and Hibiscus Curl Milk with LA Looks Extreme Gel mixed together and go root to tip with that then let it air dry.

My suggested hair regimen is very simple. Try to wash your hair every 2-3 days with a protein rich PH balanced shampoo and conditioner. you can use the Mane & Tail shampoo which is available in leading retail stores like walmart, amazon.Try to apply warm coconut oil in your scalp and massage your head. It keeps your hair smooth and shiny. You can also use Argan oil ,castor oil and almond oil for strong and shining and silky hair.

I wash and air dry. My hair now is so naturally shiny that I often have strangers ask me what products I use, the secret is I never use anything other than a mild shampoo and once a month I condition with extra-virgin coconut oil. No heat, styling, no blow drying, no extra chemicals, nada.

I colored my hair blonde for 15 years, then went to red for 8 years. My poor hair suffered, so I quit, went back to my natural hair color and have never looked back. If I want something different I wear a wig.

After radiotherapy my hair needed to be treated kindly.   I spent a great deal of time carrying out desk research and I finally chose http://www.pro-naturals.com/pro-naturals-hair-repair-system.html you should also watch & listen to the blog http://www.pro-naturals.com/blog/  My hair is straight but it lacked body even though it is coarse and it had lost it's shine.   Pro Naturals recommend that you treat your hair for 1 week in every 6.   For the other 5 weeks I use an apple and tea tree shampoo that is very mild, and no conditioner.  Now after just 4 weeks' hair repair system treatment it is shiny, no longer lies flat to the head and appears to have more volume and much less split ends.  I do hope this works for you too.
