Telephone acne!

I've been on the phone more often at the office because we're shorthanded, and I've got tons of big nasty acne in a line from my ear to my lips!! Its so gross!!! I always wipe the phones down with a sanitizing cleanser before I spend any time on the phone, but I'm still getting more acne. I don't know what to do. I'm using a mask on my face a little bit more often, but I don't want to irritate my skin too much. I try to just not answer the phones, but I can't avoid it! Any ideas?

you could try raising the volume on the phone, and not place it directly on the ear/mouth just a little bit away from it. sorry, not sure what else you could do!

How about getting a headset? I used to work a customer support line and that's what we used and I loved it. The little thing fit right in my ear, had a mic on a wire so NOTHING touched my face at all.
