I used to drink up to 4 coffees a day so my teeth were quite stainy. Then I decided to try the Crest Whitestrips, 28 strips for 14 days and it changed the colour A LOT. After I had done with the package, I heard compliments about my white teeth every day. I was very satisfied with the product, especially because my white teeth looked good with the summer tan I had back then. Another good thing was that I quit drinking coffee, because didn't want to spoil the results. Of course I started drinking coffee again and after months had lost the effect, but if was definitely worth it. When I was younger I used to make paste from baking soda + hydrogen peroxide and spoilt enamel so much that it came off in certain spots. Any professional dentist will tell you not to use baking soda. However, hydrogen peroxide is good if you have bad breath and need a quick cleanse - just take a mouthful of it and rinse. Another method I have tried is making paste from strawberries and then brushing my teeth with it (didn't help at all, though). I was trying to insert link but apparently your post count must be higher to do that ha ha. Just google it. I've read that drinking lots of green tea can also keep your teeth white and healthy because it is a natural source of fluoride. To sum up, I really recommend you to try Crest whitestrips (along with good toothpaste, lots of green tea and flossing daily). And if you drink coffee or black tea, brush your teeth afterwards or at least use mouthwash to rinse off the possible stains. Hope this helps somehow.
