And if it is real, is she a super old lady, or burn victim or lost a ton of weight so she has extra skin....or is it all the sun and what it did to her? I don't know if that is real or not but besides the physical aspect. there is a little thing called skin cancer. So make sure you wear the right amount of SPF.
